Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministries

Augusta United Methodist Church, located about fifteen miles east of Wichita, Kansas, is seeking an outgoing, spirit-filled leader to direct the spiritual growth and educational activities of the church's youth and young adult ministries. We are looking to build on the foundation of our current program that involves a growing number of youth and young adults. Our 500 member church has both contemporary and traditional worship styles with a focus on discipleship and outreach. Augusta is an historic community that offers the benefits of rural life yet close enough for large city experiences. Our church is positioned to continue the work of reaching out and influencing the lives of young people for Christ through this ministry. A college degree is preferred but not required.
