Main Camp Area - Year Around Facilities

Dining Hall/Wolf Den

A 4,155 square foot building with a 1,000 square foot deck: 29'x78' dining area will accommodate up to 125 people for meals; fireplace, and a 8'x29' platform we use for a Stage area. Our restrooms in this building are handicap accessible. The kitchen is licensed through the Kansas Department of Health and Environment for our staff to provide meal service. (no air conditioning)
 

 Dining Hall/Wolf Den
 North/Swan Creek Cabin

A 1,300 square foot building with 2 bedrooms with 6 bunk beds in each; can accommodate up to 24 people; 2 small bathrooms; a 15'x19' meeting area with a kitchenette, appliances, utensils, table and chairs. This building is heated during the winter and is the closest to the Dining Hall. Recent renovations have added a shelter house to the north of the cabin and a deck. (No air conditioning)

North Swan Creek Cabin
 

Middle/Black River Cabin

A 1,400 square foot building with 3 bedrooms with 3 bunks in each; can accommodate up to 18 people for overnight; 2 small bathrooms; a 19'x37' meeting space; small kitchenette, with appliances, utensils, tables and chairs. This cabin is heated during the winter and is located between North and South Cabins. (No air conditioning)
 

 Middle Sauk-Fox Cabin
 South/Munsee Cabin -

A 1,485 square foot building with 624 square foot wooden deck; 2 bedrooms with 6 bunk beds in each. This building can accommodate up to 24 people; 2 small bathrooms; 13'x30' meeting space with fireplace, and kitchenette includes appliances, utensils, tables and chairs. This cabin is heated during the winter and is located between Middle and Asbury Cabins. (No air conditioning)


 

Asbury Lodge - closed for renovations Sept. 1, 2010

A 4,000 square foot building with 385 square foot wooden deck; 4 bedrooms - 2 rooms with 5 bunk beds each, and 2 rooms with 8 bunk beds each accommodates 52 people; A large 28'x41' meeting space, fireplace, full kitchen with appliances and utensils; 2 large bathrooms that are handicap accessible. This building is heated during the winter and is located about 1/4 mile from the Dining Hall. (No air conditioning)
 

 Asbury Lodge
   
Outback Area - Seasonal Facilities (available Mid to Late April  - 1st weekend of October)

Coldsmith Lodge

Has 450 square foot arrowhead shaped Lodge, with fireplace, meeting space, kitchenette, appliances, utensils, tables and chairs; There is a large centrally located bathhouse (running water and flush toilets); a covered picnic shelter just outside the Lodge and 4 A-Frames, 12'x20' wooden shelters with shingled roofs and screened open ends each have 1 bunk bed and 4 single beds that will accommodate a total of 24 people. This area is located approx. 1 mile from the rest of the main camp area.

Coldsmith A-Frames
Four 12'x20' covered wooden platform A-Frames that will sleep a maximum of 6 people each - 1 bunk bed, 4 single beds; will accommodate up to 24; screened on both ends; electricity and lights, no heat or water. Coldsmith bath house is used for showers and restrooms. Coldsmith Lodge is used for indoor meeting space.

Pool Bathhouse

Although our pool is only open during our Summer Camp Season, the Pool Bathhouse is open year around for guest groups that may be scheduled in our three smaller cabins, North, Middle, and South. All  three cabins do have bathrooms located inside, but the use of the Pool Bathhouse can make added conveinece to larger groups.

 Outdoor Chapel

The outdoor chapel area is available to all groups staying overnight, and can be reserved for a Day Use event.
