Safe & Sacred Space Instructor Certification

Instructor training is offered on a periodic basis in the Kansas East Conference. You may find scheduled instructor training on-line from the Kansas East Conference calendar page.  Use the sort feature to choose the month, the year, and the drop down menu Safe and Sacred Space category. Click refresh. If you do not find a training date, contact Nancy Brown, program coordinator, at 913-897-3121or click to email: Nancy Brown.

Please complete all Instructor Packet forms listed below.  All of these forms must be completed prior to training.  Also, please bring a check for $30 payable to the Kansas East Conference.  

Steps to completing Instructor Certification:

  1. Find an instructor training event on the conference calendar.
  2. Register for the instructor training.  Download the Instructor registration packet for instructor certification.
  3. Complete the forms and bring them to the training event.
  4. Bring a $30 check, payable to Kansas East Conference, to the training event.
  5. Obtain an instructor manual from Nancy Brown or Terri Arnold.
  6. Download and print a participant's workbook from the conference website.  All workers are required to complete this step and keep a copy.
