How to Submit a Photo
Currently, we are working to get a picture of every church in the Kansas East Conference to be used in the Church of the Day section. This means if the conference website doesn’t have your church’s picture, we want it. If you aren’t sure whether we already have a picture of your church, visit our online church directory. Please note photo tips below.
How to submit photos
- E-mail the original, unedited photo file as an e-mail attachment to scooper@kswestumc.org.
- Do not compress the photo file.
- Do not insert your photos within your article or within the body of the e-mail.
- Do not use a photo-sharing program, such as Kodak Easyshare. These programs automatically reduce the file size.
- If you have several photos, attach each photo to a separate e-mail.
Information to include with photos
- Identify the people in the photo from left to right.
- Provide the name of the person who took the photo.
